Customized optical transceivers with programmed DDM information require extra production lead time, we will inform you of the exact schedule in advance.

Suitable for samples & small batches, door-to-door delivery, 3–7 working days to most countries.

Cost-effective for large-volume orders, longer transit time.

3. Package Protection
All optical transceivers are packed in anti-static boxes/bags, matched with protective cartons.
4. Delivery Notes

Shipping cost depends on weight, volume and destination country; we will provide accurate freight quotation before payment.

Customers shall be responsible for local import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees incurred in destination countries.

Please fill in complete and correct recipient address, contact number and postcode to prevent delivery delay or loss.

5. Delay & Damage Instructions
If goods arrive damaged due to transit extrusion or collision, please take photos of packages and products within 24 hours after receiving, we will provide after-sales solution promptly.
